I walked into the emergency room with my son that was in alot of pain and has a really bad time with anxiety because of a past experience with a emergency room and we walk into the doors and all this lady cared about was her phone and not anything else. She was rude and I couldn't put a word in about what he was going through. I took pictures of her being on the phone the whole time I had to wait outside while my son was pacing back and forth trying to stay calm.
