In the era of COVID-19, Langdon Hall continues to exemplify exceptional customer service. As soon as we drove in, we were giving a package nicely wrapped with a red bow - it contained masks and hand sanitizer sprays.

Once I got in the room, there was a card from the hotel wishing me a happy birthday and complimentary crossaints.

Dinner was divine, and the service was amazing. We had the halibut and lamb.

The little things really matter to me and Langdon got everything right.

On a small note, the only constructive feedback I would like to give is with regards to the pool. Since my visit was in September, I was expecting the heated pool to be much warmer. Please take this into consideration.

Overall I had an amazing stay!
