Sales staff are so unprofessional! Instead of wait...

Sales staff are so unprofessional! Instead of waiting on customers the women prefer to huddle and
gossip If you approach, they turn their back on you. If you ask a question, which I did anyway, all three
were visibly annoyed ... one said woman said in a huff, I ll look it up but I m sure it s on backorder Seemed she was at the computer only seconds and then turned and said the sofa we wanted was on backorder.
We got home and looked up the availability ourselves... it was in stock!
We got back in the car and went to Ethan Allen Furniture in Quincy and got exactly what we wanted.
Jordan s is no longer a place to go to purchase furniture if you want quality and service!
Just awful!
