The rooms are fine .. but speaking of a 5 star hotel I expected more .. the paper on the walls is a bit disturbing ..
Problem? We found in the minibar a chocolate that had expired for a month .. we realized when eating it that it had gone bad ... we asked to speak to the manager and she very calmly apologized ... she will investigate ... and that's it .. I'm sorry but it doesn't work like this .. my husband and I work in customer service and such a situation is not managed like this .. if my son had eaten all the chocolate he could have serious problems with food poison ..
On Sunday morning the cleaning ladies work very noisy ... they move the beds and make a lot of noise .. remember that we are in a 5 star hotel 150 per night simple room .. and then go up in price ..
We had a lot of problems with the card key they gave us for our room .. and consequently it opened many doors (gym .. parking) .. it demagnetized continuously .. 3 times a day we had to go to the reception to change cards. . yes they told us not to keep it near the phone and so we did .. put it in the wallet but in the same bag with the phone and other things .. absurd ..
