45 minute wait to get a service advisor and still I was unable to contact a service advisor to get a quote. I spent over $80,000 for my car and this is how rude I am treated! I am so done with South Bay Mercedes Benz my next car is a Tesla. I tried for two days to get a hold of a service advisor! When it stops raining I m going to takeoff my Southbay license plate frame and throat in the trash that s where this company belongs in the trash
