I'll start by saying that the spray tan I received was good and even. I was overall happy with the result of the Versa Pro.
What I was not happy about is the way I was treated when I walked in to Tan Spa. My roommate has been RAVING about this place and she gave me the card to try it out myself since I'm looking for a new tanning salon. When I arrived I turned over my driver's license and she started typing while I filled out a new client form. When I said I had one of the cards the lady said I didn't qualify because my ID was not "local enough" (central fl). I told the lady I lived just across the Howard Franklin and lived close enough to be a client, but due to being active duty military I didn't have my ID reflect that address. She said "it has to be within 5 miles"
WHAT? My roommate IS A CLIENT there and she was given the best treatment when she was brought in due to a coupon and that first time card. I still paid without complaint because I knew they had good spray tans, but I absolutely will not purchase a tanning package or become a member if that is how they treat people they don't expect will bring in monthly income.
When I told my roommate how it went down she was blown away because they were so friendly and showed her all the features of the spa as soon as she arrived EVEN THOUGH she still has an out of area ID as well.
