The service center was clean. The lounge area was large, clean, and had free Wi-fi. And there was a coffee/tea station and a large TV to watch.
However, I did not know the process for checking in. I saw other cars in front of me, but no one approached me or my vehicle while I was waiting. So I asked a gentleman who happened to be working in his office and he guided me to Joe, who was very professional and courteous.
At that point, I was told it would take about 2 hours but probably less since it was a 5,000 mile service. It actually did end up taking the entire 2 hours. They did wash my car, but somehow missed the large black smudge on the front right passenger door. Whatever it was, it was sticky, which might be why it didn't come off completely. In retrospect, I wish I would have taken the shuttle home instead of waiting. But...next time...
