I was experiencing sharp pain in my shoulders after long rides. I went in to speak to someone about what I could do to fix the issue. Ray Rascon was the gentleman who helped me. He explained to me that my bike wasn t fitting correctly. We walked me around the showroom showing me bike after bike until we found one that fit perfectly. Took it for a test drive, and fell in love. What a difference! Wasn t planning on purchasing that day, but the difference in comfort literally changed my riding experience that much. So grateful for Ray, and never buying off of Craigslist again!
