Very Disrespectful Interview Process. Had a 3rd round interview for a Chef Manager position in Broomfield CO in March 2019. Up until that point I was very impressed with the overall concept and company. But the individual who popped into my 3rd round interview started asking me personal questions about my hobbies, family dynamic and lifestyle. He proceeded to tell me I was too overweight and not in shape enough to work for BA. And that I didn t go to enough nice restaurants to keep up with food trends. That my 17 years cooking professionally and great resume we re not enough. Never been so disrespected for being judged on my physical appearance. Good luck hiring well rounded chefs with that type of interview process.
