You really don't think about homeowners insurance. You pay every year and pray you never have to use it. Well then Irma hit. Most of our roof and our fence GONE. Called the next day made a claim. They worked with my contractor when their estimate and his estimate didn't match. I had a new roof on my house and my fence replaced by Christmas. Not bad. Was it a process of documenting. Yes. But that was to be expected. Good job from an agency in a thankless profession.
