Review of the Nyes Rd location. Overall very poor experience. The doctor I saw was friendly. My grievance is with the outrageous costs billed for minor service. The billing was extremely expensive and billed a hospital rates although the services are at a doctors office. Hospital rates are much more expensive than going to a private practice although there is no difference in the service or procedures. As it was explained to me... it has something to do with the doctors leasing and not owning the building and therefore they can bill more expensive hospital rates because the address they technically work from is a hospital even though they see patients at other locations outside the hospital. My understanding is this is a loophole that doctors use to bill more money for the same services you can receive at a doctors office for less. I got the feeling this place is a money factory and would never go back. Especially because they took months before they could even see me. The earliest appointment they could offer was 6 months out. Wow... I guess the jokes on me.
