I made a request for some changes in the three policies, basically termination of the riders. Upon making the request and sending signed termination request, 6 pages form was sent after one week. For one termination I was asked to print 6 pages and send total 18 pages. Further if you see the form even when you print in Black & White, you will be wasting lot of cartridge due to shade of blue.
