Underwhelmed. I saw all of the glowing reviews on The Knot, but didn't do my research on other sites. They got all of the family shots we asked for, but that's about all that I was happy with. I got 16 shots of my place cards. I'm not kidding. And not a single shot of our place cards. We decided not to see each other before the ceremony so I know there wasn't a hour long photo shoot of more candid, non-posed, photos of the two of us. We got only three. I wish that had been communicated prior to the end of the wedding because I would have asked for more. We had a wonderful venue in a historic mansion and we hardly got any shots of those details. I'm seriously considering hiring another photographer and asking the venue to rent a few additional hours to get those pictures. I feel like for the money we spent I shouldn't have to do that. We went with Bellagala because of the convenience of not having to search through photographers, but now I really wish we did. They have an amazing sales team, those girls could sell snow to a polar bear. But after you sign the contracts, there isn't any follow up. No check in after the wedding to let you know when the pictures will be ready.
