A fraudulent mobile account was set up in my name and managed to set up a direct debit on my bank account. Three Mobile refused to discuss because I couldn't provide a password. I agreed to pay a small outstanding amount and cancelled the DD to close the matter Three Mobile later passed a further demand to Lowell & Co. I got straight through to them, they listened, established the facts and advised no further action to be taken, matter closed. Many thanks to Lowell & Co. for listening. Excellent service. TS
