Net Zero personnel were excellent. They were courteous, friendly, highly responsive when contacted, treated us with respect, answered our questions well and displayed genuine interest in us and our installation. The installation went very well. When Net Zero discovered a problem with our roof, they called in a roofing expert and then fixed the problem themselves - above and beyond!
