A thoroughly disappointing meal, only made up for by the ceviche which was beautifully presented and delicious. Cheese is my Achilles heel, however the overt use of cheese in a lot of their dishes was disappointing a took away from the flavour and textures of the dish, with a gritty texture and domination of subtle flavours. The octopus was also disappointing, while presented beautifully, did not think the black olive fluid gel matched or complemented the dish. The waitress also knocked over my glass of wine onto my leg and bag, however was absolutely professional about the incident and have no complaints over how it was handled or rectified.
