IMO, the hotel's atmosphere is rather cold.

IMO, the hotel's atmosphere is rather cold.

I have visited the hotel several times for coffee or drinks and some private fuctions, but the One&Only lacks the brightness, the warm welcome and the homely feel of the nearby Cape Grace, which is arguably more upmarket than the One&Only.
