This is a beautiful place. However, my not being familiar with the area--and the lack of road signs in certain spots--made the trek a little daunting. It is indeed off the beaten path...but well worth the trip. The main lodge is beautiful with great ambience, the grounds invite exploration and the hiking trails are inspiring. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back to stay longer.
