I wanted to take this time out to show recognition to an OUTSTANDING Customer Representative at the Mall Of GA Chrysler Dodge dealership, Eric!!!!

Since our 1st interaction at the shop, he has been very professional, informative, consistently accurate, consistently keeps his promises, always follow up in a timely manner &always follows up on any and every concern you have until the issue is rectified and then follows up again to make sure no additional issues occured after the resolution.

Eric has integrity, great work ethic, remarkable customer service with external and internal customers as I have experienced and observed and he makes every experience seamless and sets the appropriate expectations for all services being rendered.

I cant say enough about Eric and all he has assisted me with my vehicle maintenance and repair concerns but that he is the ONLY AND 1 PERSON I will recommend anyone to for ANY and EVERY vehicle maintenance and or repair concerns.
