Horrible, I ordered a piece of equipment for my film/production company worth $2000 weeks ago and they took my money. A week later they sent an email saying I need to verify my identification as it's a high dollar purchase and I'm sending to a different mailing address than my billing (which was not a problem with any other company I've spent money with, and I've spent $7000 with DJI and it wasn't a problem). They told me after I got in contact with them that I need to PayPal them another $2000 so they know it's not fraudulent activity on my end, even though they still have my other $2000 I sent them weeks ago! After many calls they eventually said they would sent the first $2000 back and then I could PayPal them, but it's been nearly a week and still haven't got my money back. I reccomend them to no one and would give a 0/5 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Still trying to get my money back!
