I've visited Rixos so many times before. 2 months ago was my last time i will ever visit such a place.

The food is horrible. No taste, nothing. The same problem we had from the first time we visited the place. Still the Food is very bad!

The rooms, The air condition was so bad, It was very hot and we wasn't getting cooling at all.

The last part which made it shocked to us. The house cleaning when they came to clean the room and we was OUTSIDE. We discovered there a small oven that not there anymore! When we called them asking they said the management decided to take it and we will return it once you leave the hotel!? Wait a minute. So YOU are telling me you've took something that belong to us without any permission and decided by ur self?!?! Wow. Okay guys. I cant trust such hotel what if i lost money, laptop or even something else?
