THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN PURCHASING A CAR, LIES, LIES LIES AND MORE LIES. I LOVE MY CAR BUT AFTER PROMISING ME, THAT I WOULD NOT BE THERE NO MORE THAN 30 MIN. AFTER SPEAKING TO SALES PERSON/MANAGER OVER THE PHONE FOR THREE DAYS. SHE PROMISE PAPERWORK WOULD BE READY TO GO, SINCE I WAS TRAVELING FROM OUT OF TOWN. ONCE SHE SOLD ME THE CAR VIA TELEPHONE, NEVER SAW HER OR HEARD FROM HER AGAIN, I WAS PASSED AROUND FROM PERSON TO PERSON. THEN HAD SOMEONE CALL ME NAME JOSE WHO STATES HE IS MANAGER/OWNER SOMETHING OF THE OTHER, WHO MADE ME A PROMISED AND STILL HAVE'NT CAME THROUGH WITH TODAY AND IT'S BEEN A MONTH. I'M ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THIS IS'NT THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU ARE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. THE NAMES ARE BETTYE BYARS INTERNET DIRECTOR, AND JOSE BEMITEZ NEW CAR DIRECTOR BOTH ARE FULL OF LIES WITHOUT AN OUNCE OF APOLOGY.
