# College avenue road with trees and greeneries.
# Has many key infrastructures.
# Active Students community.
# Many cultural activities.
# Best quality education.
# Peacock, birds, butterflies, cow, horse, dogs flowers and complete ecosystem.

Disadvantages:
# Trees and shades in the front only. If u need to go hostel which will be between 0.5 km to 1.7 km distance in which you won't have any shade. You will be fried by sun.
# Hostel water filters are not working properly, i had a doubt wether they give sea water for drinking or purified water.
# You have occupied the place of snakes and scorpion so don't disturb them. Don't freak out if u saw a snake. Its casual thing in this campus. Especially near MEGAMESS & LAPIS HOSTEL.
