This is truly a destination Hotel. The facility itself is full of Historic characteristics. Rich with History and Historical events. The rooms are recently remodeled. The facility may be aged to perfection but the rooms and overall decor is modern and quite nice. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The Spa will have it's own review, but one of the very best you'll find anywhere in the midwest. The pool, the grounds, the restaurant, the atmosphere is perfect for the little get a way. We spent a long weekend celebrating an Anniversary and we were relaxed and pleased. Enjoy!!!
