I have purchased 4 vehicles in the last 4 years from various Covert locations. Paid cash for the 2016 dealer demo Doge Ram with barely any miles on it back in August of 2016. With less than 45,000 some major things went wrong with it. The service department had the truck for over a week and offered me no rental or loaner car for something that was under warranty and the numerous recalls on this truck, that is unacceptable. The service adviser even gave my husband a hard time about whose name the truck was in. MINE, people do get remarried and their name changes, used to be (Guest- Sansom). It shouldn't matter who brings it in! My husband had to call them for updates and even had to call to see if it was finally ready as we were down to one car for 8 days. Horrible lack of communication. I also own a Buick Cascada 2017 bought in May 2018. I have had it in the shop 3 times for wind noise from the drivers window, still not fixed. Now the whole casing for the convertible top is rattling so bad you can't hear the radio. Also the air flow doors for the AC are making this horrible shortening out sound when you change direction of the air flow. Scared to take in in as number 1 NO LOANER CAR, can't do that again, and I have blacked out rims and during an oil change and tire rotation they scratched them up so bad my husband made them replace them. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR OR TRUCK FROM COVERT, WE WILL SPEND OUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
