Took my Camry in due to a power steering fluid leak. When first walking in the service department, no one greeted me and I had no idea where to go for help. A few employees were sitting at desks, 1 on the phone, 1 with a customer and a few others just talking to each other. Finally someone asked me if I needed help then told me one of the other guys would help me. A few minutes later one of the other guys helped me, not to friendly but not rude either. He got my info in the system and I left. Got the call the next day around noon that I just needed a fitting replaced, warranty won't cover it and it's $300 for them to do it. Called around and got it priced at less than $100 some where else. Called them back and advised I'd be picking up my car and for them not to do any repairs. I was then told I owed them $80 just for looking at it. This surprised me seeing as most places provide free estimates these days, not to mention they price gouge the folks that do get repairs done there so badly you'd think they make enough money there! I will NOT be back.
