I have great respect for the two co-founders of F2. Although the founders have different ways of showing it, they genuinely care about their employees and their clients.

The training is definitely more exhaustive than what people imagine. They really go all out with training, but it s very specific to strategic due diligence.

The work itself involves doing projects that take 30-45 days. So you will get to work on 8-10 deals annually. Most people like the variety and exposure to different businesses and industries.
