This is a nice, but large hotel. It took us three days to finally figure out our way around the "village", and then it was time to leave. We loved the variety of shops here, and the convenience of the ABC stores onsite. For such a large hotel, its disappointing that they only have 1 hot tub, and you have to work for it(on roof of spa tower). Our ocean view room was a little misleading, but still its Hawaii so we werent in our room too much. Location is great since it is close to all the malls and restaurants in Waikiki.
