We have had our hot tub for 3 and a half years now...

We have had our hot tub for 3 and a half years now. Everything was fine until it stopped heating up correctly. Over the last seven weeks I have had three engineers come to fix it. Still not heating up correctly. Does not hold consistent temperature. We keep being messed about. Last engineer arrived 7.45pm. Was with me for 15 mins. Told he me he had bent a couple of wires and the heater is now working.
Well as expected this has not fixed the fault! Dreading having to sit for ages on the phone to let them know we have been fobbed off again!!!!!
Trying to speak to customer services is a joke. It takes a minimum of 10 minutes to get through. If you get through at all.
Buy a tub from somewhere else because once things go wrong.
These guys cannot deal with the problems.
Also ordered and paid for two head rests Six weeks ago and still have not received them.
