The bridge itself is magnificent. San Francisco not so much. Perhaps if the stench of the city wasn't quite so yucky it would have been much better. I'm sure it's not that way for the locals, but on that day the smell was of offal, rotting fish and other things. For someone else it could be an adventure, just not for me.
