We DO NOT recommend buying a used car from Fort Mill Ford. Prior to our purchase, spray was noticed under the hood. When my son questioned the spray, the sales associate informed him that the car had not yet been detailed, indicated that it was from the previous owner overfilling with coolant, and assured him that it would be handled by his service team. We called immediately following purchase concerned that the touch screen and the heat /air system were not functioning correctly only to be told by Adrian that they only conduct a safety inspection prior to selling a used car. The malfunction of the heat turned out to be a safety issue. The car left our son stranded on the side of the road within 2 weeks of purchase due to preexisting engine problems resulting in coolant leakage. We were assured by management that Fort Mill Ford would provide resolution; however, a MONTH without a car later, the GM, Charles Hutto, has offered $600.00 toward major engine repair bills we are facing. We are forced to seek legal help due to Fort Mill Ford misrepresenting a used car. We want to warn as many people as we can so this doesn't happen to others.

The only positive (1/5 stars) in buying a used car from Fort Mill Ford was Mary Dooley-Smith, Guest Experience Concierge. She deserves 5/5 stars, and they are fortunate to have her as I'm sure they keep her busy.
