Called today to correct an error with the ordering of a photo package. I can get over all the factors involved with a photographer trying to grab a good shot in an intense school environment with hundred or moody kids but bad customer service after the fact... unacceptable. Spoke with Emily who was quite unpleasant. Definitely recommend some training in communication, service and professionalism. At this point, it is evident this is not the department or industry for her. Listening is a key factor in her role and she is severly lacking in this realm. Someone who make an experience with your company so discouraging leads me to never want to encounter with such a company in the future.
