Mauer's service department replaced the wrong part...
Mauer's service department replaced the wrong part, but we happily payed $240 at the time because they said that fixed the issue of coolant boiling out of the reserve tank. Coolant continued to boil out the reserve tank, so we re-scheduled an appointment and they replaced the water pump (which was covered under the warranty) for "free". I argued we should get refunded the $240 because the actual issue was covered under the power-train warranty, and it's not my fault they replaced the wrong part in the first place. After 15 minutes of trying to argue my point with the service desk, and no solutions being offered, the conversation ended. 6 days later, I still have a bad taste in my mouth about this unresolved experience.
