Beyond being the best boutique in Durham, customer service at Vert & Vogue is superb! I booked a private shopping experience, and from the moment my appointment was confirmed, staff communicated clearly and efficiently about what to expect. Nadira, Stephanie, and Kaitlin were ready for me when I arrived, with pre-selected pieces in tow. COVID procedures were followed without issue. I could not have asked for a better experience.
