Security was very rude & in flexible. Personal properity was left in the room safe, we didn't realize until the evening after checkout. Hotel allowed new guest to check in without checking room safe. Had they properly cleaned room, they would have know safe was lock & could have notified us that we left something. Security went in room without current guest permission & opened safe w/ our code. Was a major hassele to get them to release item to us, we had to call police. Rediculous! Additionally, parking overpriced, desk chair had what appeared to be dried blood stains, chase had "strange" stains as well, bed sheets suspected of not being a fresh set. Hilton on Poydras much better value & always clean!
