Recently bought my car in for a service at the new location in Alexandria. The new facility looks amazing and it was easy to find with plenty of spaced compared to the old joint. I was directed to pull my car into a service bay at the front and when I got out I was welcomed by name and a team on staff immediately began working on my car, it was like a pit stop. I was assisted by a staff member called Adrian, ask for him by name because he delivered the highest level of service I have received in a long time. Ford give this guy a raise!!!!
