If you want a salesman that won t pressure you or tell you want you want to hear, Jimmy is your guy. He earned our business and we won t buy from anyone else.
We had 2 older vehicles that had to go as they needed significant repairs and had high mileage. We hadn t bought newer vehicles in a long time so we started a conversation with Jimmy Howard. One of the best decisions ever. He took time to help us figure out what we wanted but, more importantly, what we needed. We spent time checking out the Mike Murphy inventory on their website. We stopped by to make multiple test drives. When we were ready, we came in to meet with Jimmy on April 15, 2016; he had all the car reports pulled for us and gave us all the information on the vehicles. He wanted to earn our business. He did earn it by going above and beyond to get us the best models and best deal for us. When he heard about great local financing offers, he wanted us to know. When we came in with a 2002 and a 2007, he wanted us to get the best trade dollars. We were still at the dealership late (so late the cleaning crew had come in) on a Friday night and he was right there with us as we signed document after document. We left completely satisfied with our purchase and wearing huge grins as we drove off the lot in a shiny new 2016 Focus and a 2015 Santa Fe.
