Not too pleased with dorschel and i dont see mysel...

Not too pleased with dorschel and i dont see myself continuing business with them after this vehicle i have now. I purchased undercoating protection that never got done. Theres rust everywhere. Dorchel told me to contact permaplate, bc they cant do anything about it. I filed a claim that was denied. Id be embarrassed if i was dorschel. At my job, we fix our mistakes. Why is it different for these folks? Id love for customer service to contact me, because i am a very unhappy customer.
