Visited at 2PM on a Thursday, the queue was down the stairs, along the carpark, and all the way around the corner and down the road. Despite seeming crazily long, we only had to wait about 20 minutes outside - once inside, there were 2 more sections of queue for another 15 minutes, for a total of 35 minutes.
Booked via the official Japanese website as KLOOK was showing no more availability on the day we wanted to go, but the official site let us book just fine.
There are free lockers inside, for a refundable coin deposit.
Queued for 40 minutes for Forest of Lamps, and we were allowed to spend 2.5 minutes inside.
Queued for 25 minutes for Floating Nest, and we were allowed to spend 3.5 minutes inside.
Make sure you visit the Athletic Forest, it's heaps of fun! Very impressed with the animations of the scans of your drawings. Be sure to read the description for each animal, as they all have different rules for interacting with each other.
When you think you're done at Borderless, have a look at a website listing all the rooms to make sure you haven't missed anything.
Including queuing, we spent about 6 hours here in total.
