After purchasing our new house we looked into home security companies and we are so happy to have gone with Smith Thompson. The technician was extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to use the existing keypad and helped show me how to work it. We even set the alarm off accidentally but he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. The set-up was quick and easy! We couldn't be happier!
