For the second time in a row I brought my vehicle ...

For the second time in a row I brought my vehicle in for warranty related service, was told that the work could be performed and then was unable to receive the full intended service and was required to return again due to unavailable parts that I had confirmed over the phone were available. In addition, this time they also tried to charge me for an inspection that I never requested after telling them over the phone not to do any work that would result in charges without contacting me first. I live in greely so coming to kanata once for service for an issue with my vehicle is inconvenient enough let alone having to go several times for the same issue. I will be bringing my business elsewhere in the future which may include the purchase of my next ram truck.
