Amazing place to work! I was very lucky to come on as a paid intern, and was hired in the Marketing department for a permanent position after my internship ended.
Be weary of bad reviews of this company, there are several departments, all with very different job roles. With that said, I have yet to talk to an unhappy employee. Full benefits offered, paid time off, tuition reimbursement program and tuition discounts, flexible work policies, and very open to communication. I have never been in a work environment that allowed for so much feedback and two-way communication. This is a great place to start using your college degree, and if you have work experience, even better! Fast growing, job security, no micro-managing, good compensation (with raises and bonuses.)
