My vehicle totaled by another driver but I have GAP Insurance to help asap. If only EFG would answer their phones - I've made over four calls with holds up to 1 1/2 hours! Nothing on site to show where to file paperwork for GAP claims we finally just uploaded it to repair/claims escalation. Maybe this will elicit a response?
