I had a rear end collision with one of their insurers and they have been very helpful. There was no strife or arguing and each time I called Janet Santana she was quick to resolve my issues with a good attitude. I love that and was not expecting it with an insurance company. Most people leave bad reviews I like to leave good ones when things are different than what the world is used to. Thanks Janet!
