Steven Gutierrez Review of Eden Project

Impressive conservatories, gardens and food halls.
We visited from London on the bank holiday and weren't disappointed.
The domes are massive and tease at what's inside, they're split between the Mediterranean and tropical.
The Med dome and a few other buildings are a mix of science museum and botanical gardens. Interesting but not awesome like the main dome - tropical.
The tropical dome is massive, it feels like a bit of South America's jungle has been swept up and replanted in Cornwall.
My favourite part was the viewing platform 100 ft high inside the tropical dome. The fact there is a viewing platform should give a clue to how huge it is!
Pleasantly surprised with food options ranging from a cool pizzeria in the Med dome to large food halls bursting with families. We ate a tasty salmon and veg salad followed by a fairly standard coffee.
Had a great few hours here (bit more than expected), it was one the highlights of our Cornwall/Devon trip.
