I wouldn't go as far as saying it's 5 star, the rooms are clean nice large bed, I've stayed in nicer at half the price. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne and I laughed so hard at the "chocolates" that were with it as they were 2 Freddo frogs....really? I felt like I was 5. The buffet breakfast was horrible, the scrambled eggs were inedible, I have no idea if they were powdered eggs or made with a UHT milk but they tasted and smelled like something a baby would bring back up, the bacon was tasteless, fried tomatoes weren't cooked enough and we couldn't get a coffee unless we ordered one but no-one came to our table and one of the wait staff snapped at us when we asked how to get one. The only highlight was the bar staff at Oceans. Great cocktails and great service.
