Been a roadside assistance member since 96 when my dad had everyone covered. The last few times I try to log in they can't find my account with the email I've used for over a decade. If I go in by the renew link & type in my member # it magically finds my account info including email. I never travel outside my area. I just renewed 2 months ago but after reading these reviews I think I'm quitting.
