I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy. They failed to manage my fathers pain and therefore my dad did not sleep for the 6 days that he was under their care. This is despite pleading with them day in and day out to change his meds. I called my PCP to complain and she said that she did not even know that he had been discharged - they were required to do this upon his release from the hospital. They never did - but tried to get her to sign papers with his treatment plan after his death.
When his PCP refused and said that she was calling the state - someone from the agency drove over to her office trying to speak with her. Who does this unless they know they made a BIG mistake.
I was told that the person who not is supposed to notify the PCP was getting tested for COVID. I was also told by another person - that she forgot and another time that it slipped her mind. My dad had the right to have his PCP take care of him. Had this been done, he may have had a few restful and painless days before his passing. One of the nurses was so rude and nasty. She has no business being a nurse.
I finally received my dads medical records yesterday and the majority of it was all false reporting. It is obvious they are trying to cover up their mistakes. I will continue to pursue what ever avenues I have to make sure that they never forget the name John Haberstock.
