Eastbank is basically an indoor country club, it's way more than a gym. The club is amazing, the facilities are amazing and there are a lot of great classes to choose from but I deducted two stars because it's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that the best and most modern styles of workout classes are not included in the already extortionately high member fees. That is just cheeky beyond belief. For example Equinox and Lakeshore both offer Tabata classes for free whilst Eastbank charges members extra for them. (Also all the toiletry products on offer at Equinox are super high end, whilst Eastbank's are nameless generics).
