On 3/15/19 I brought my 2018 F-150 into Bay State...

On 3/15/19 I brought my 2018 F-150 into Bay State Ford for a check engine light which I never would have thought that a vehicle that new would ever have this happen. Well, it did and after talking to Andy, he assured me that things would be OK. Picked the truck up on Tuesday 3/19/19 with the problem fixed AND a recall with the seat belts fixed. I never set up the repair to have the seat belts fixed with Andy but he had it completed anyway. Now that's service!!! Good job Andy, Thanks!
